Explanation
When a user has created a new BagaApp on this website, only that user has access to it. For other users to be able to run it, the creator of the app must first create a release of it, at which point this website will store a copy of the BagaCode the app consist of, and other users will be able to run that version of the app.
After the creator has created a new release, they can continue to edit and make changes to the code the app consists of. Those changes can not be accessed by other users, because they are only able to access the code the app consisted of in the latest release of it.
When the creator has updated the code in the app and wants all users to start running the new version of the code, they should again create a new release of the app, after which all users will start running the code in that new release of the app.
When creating a new release (except for the first one), there are some things the creator needs to think about, such as how to deal with which page the user should come to after the app has been updated, and how to deal with the state in the app. For more information, checkout the section Updating apps on the documentation page for State.
